Good On Your Meat. . .

Gingered Anjou Pear and Tomato Relish

1 medium tomato, seeded, small dice
1/2 anjou pear, peeled, bias cut
celery, sliced thinly, to taste
white onion, fine brunoise, to taste

olive oil, 2 Tbs.
ginger, minced, to taste
soy sauce, 5 to 10 drops
seasame oil, to taste
cilantro, rough chop
flat leaf parsley, rough chop

Mix it all together and it looks something like this:



Eat it with grilled meats or toss it with some fresh, crisp arugula. Be creative. ¡Buen provecho!
