I think the better question might be why labor unions are so gung ho on signing up 11 million (a laughable number) illegals into the American system.  The companies that employ them will forever after have to pay the full wages and benefits which will reduce an already marginalized profit margin and then, kaput! Another union lifeline destroyed.

1.6 million dollars for the man-child's jaunt to Vegas is going to be a drop in the bucket compared to the budget impact of 11 million (more like 30 million) new people sucking this country dry.

We are in big trouble.
