Friday Music. . .

Today is a sad day in the music world. Lynyrd Skynyrd's bassist passed away yesterday at his home up in Lowndes County, Mississippi. Donald "Ean" Evans was only 48 years old and was struggling to overcome and terrible case of cancer. As is the case in many cancer patients, Mother Nature won.

To all his family and friends I say God bless and thank you Dan for keeping the musical legend of Lynyrd Skynyrd alive. He will be missed.



And in the cold irony that is life, Donald is now the fourth member of the band to die in Mississippi.
