For crimes as heinous as this, so depraved and evil, I suggest a solution of 20% hydrochloric acid swabs to the gentalia followed by emasculation with an electric eggbeater.
And only then would I consider death by electrocution.
Do you think there was any chance that drug abuse was involved in this?
