"Americans used to say where there's a will, there's a way. Nowadays, it's where there's a pill, there's a way out." - - Burnt Toast

Congratulations!!!

Well Senator Obama, you did it! And we are all proud of you and our country. A landmark day in American and world history for that matter.

I still don't agree with your politics, but I still wish you the best of luck. Welcome to the hardest job on the planet. You need my luck, as well as skill, smarts and moxie. Plus some other great words I can't think of early in the morning without a cup of coffee.

Today I am traveling, so the posting will be light if not non-existent today. Please let me know what you think about the election in the comments. I, for one, hope we've finally cleared the major hurdle of race in this country. Maybe we can finally heal, together.

I hope we can change.

I hope and pray that he can make the U.S. a better place. I was going for McCain, but what do you do?

I am hopeful that Obama can make some change. He told me so. Many times. Over and over.

A very gracious comment Toast. I wonder if the shoe were on the other foot would the left had done the same? I guess not. I remember half of Hollywood was gonna leave and move to Europe when Bush was re-elected in 2004. It just goes to show you who has the class and manners in our great country.

I hope all is well with you. I don't get access to a computer too often so my blog reading time is limited these days. Take care buddy.
