Soil samples being taken along the Mississippi Gulf Coast in Waveland, an area more or less wiped away by Hurricane Katrina. Surely, but slowly like a snail, life is being breathed back into the Coast.

It's quite a contrast to see how Mississippi has re-booted on its own and yet the moochers and whiners in NOLA keep on with the "dude - where's my check" bullshit.
Not to impugn all the good people in Louisianna but there are people there who can't seem to get up off their ass and get cracking. WTF!
