Ok, Ok. . .

I'll take back what I said earlier about worthless civil servant jobs. We all know someone who works for the government and it's not necessarily their fault that they look like tools from time to time. I've worked around enough government entities to know that sometimes, they actually write idiocy into job specifications and therefore the employee is not to blame.

However, there are examples of lame incompetence.
