"Americans used to say where there's a will, there's a way. Nowadays, it's where there's a pill, there's a way out." - - Burnt Toast

The Performance. . .

Marslenjurg Boorjgreejuglaarg.

Man of mystery. A man of worth. Unusual, irreverent and unique. Transcending. Envied. Nonpareil and unmatched. Clearly a leader.

Behold Marslenjurg.

At one time or another he has touched each of us individually. Now, in this time of festive celebration on Nauti's birthday, he will touch everyone collectively.

Without further ado, here he is, in living technicolor, Marslenjurg Boorjgreejuglaarg and his live "pool cue air guitar" show! And as Marslenjurg always says, "Blundjoogst gormloobgen!" "Let's get it on!"

Marslenjurg plays with such finesse and confidence; the energy is palpable and infective as he blasts through oldies like "Margaritaville" by Jimmy Buffet and "You Never Even Called Me By My Name" by David Allen Coe.

As the night wore on, Marslenjurg continued to bang out classic songs by Van Morrison, Roy Orbison, Weezer and Johnny Cash on his custom-made, gilded maple, Brunswick pool cue. His fingers craftily fingering each note faithfully. Amazing!

His performance was so inspiring, energy-filled and authentic that some patrons of the party couldn't help but emulate the master. But there is no equal.

And there were those that doubted, that scorned the spectacle. . .

. . .but there is no denying the greatness, the lack of ego as Marslenjurg dedicates his heart and soul for the enjoyment of the masses. It is a selfless and unselfish act of kindness, a sharing of his art, a flowering bloom of natural talent not often seen in man.

Marslenjurg Boorjgreejuglaarg. You wish you were him.

And as an added bonus, Nauti Girl has put together a live video/photo montage of the party, complete with Sit and Spin rides/calamities and a bit of Marslenjurg's act. Beware, it's not for the faint of heart.
